What a nightmare. They claim the price for a reservation is 1000 USD, but then they hit you with an extra 1000 USD just for a seat. It's a total scam.

This is a total scam! They advertise flights at a certain price, but the confirmation email gives you a non-existent number and an incorrect phone number. To make matters worse, I received a WhatsApp message confirming my booking for twice the amount I initially agreed to! They claimed in the website chat that the extra charges were for taxes and luggage, but I never signed up for any luggage, and those taxes were just outrageous. Absolutely disgusting!

This company is just awful. They never respond to customer service inquiries and I never received my ticket number. Seriously, don’t waste your money on tickets from them! 👎👎👎👎

I had a really rough time booking my flights. I made the reservation on Saturday and got a confirmation that my etickets were being processed. Come Monday, I reached out to see why I hadn’t received them yet. The person I spoke to said Mr. Albert would get back to me in a couple of hours. When I called again, I found out they hadn’t even confirmed with the airline, and my booking had to be changed. They started suggesting alternatives that didn’t match my schedule, like they didn’t even check the dates and times. The customer service was just awful; they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. It feels like they’re not a serious company at all. I ended up canceling my booking and had to follow up three times just to get the cancellation confirmed. Seriously, why have an online service if they need to call you to confirm things? Nowhere in the booking process did it mention they’d need to reach out by phone for reconfirmation. I’m really disappointed.

I really think this is a scam. Back in April 2020, I booked some flights through Flightsbank, but they got canceled due to covid. When I called customer service, the number listed on Flightsbank's site (+1-855-441-1305) connected me directly to LFF. The moment I brought up Flightsbank, the operator seemed super uneasy and just brushed me off. Honestly, I wouldn't trust these folks at all. Now I'm down 6K!
